    Then you are doing them too forcefully. Its excellent if you can get a nice weigh between what your body is able to and what you’re making it do. That means that you train yourself into observing how everything feels. Relax and push it a small further.

    I started getting dizzy from having my head down so much, but that always seems to take place in yoga for me. Fantastic record. The “aptly”+”left” instructions got mixed up sometimes though.

    Gahhh I nearly felt like crying even as doing the exercise…
    I reckon I’m way too tense on my shoulders and neck
    And I wasn’t even pushing for myself to what he was doing… is that normal?

    Although, I’m early to feel a small surpass as time goes by
