It’s really in aptly now to wear yoga pants – but I was wondering what kind of shoes to wear with them! (I never paid attention.) I know Uggs, but I don’t like/have uggs anyway. by the way, I don’t mean wearing them to the gym I mean to like lecture.

I am not sure of the best way to clean a yoga mat. The one I have has bought a bit of nasty smells accordingly. I wonder if you can just soak it in mild soap and wring it out, or if that might mess it up ? (it is that weird tacky [...]
