@fairieeful Breath is essential. Breathe in = one motion, and when your breath turns to puff out so should your motion also. Unless you are in a pose you want to hold, then you should be counting breaths.
Takes a lil practice, but after a even as it goes fine.

no matter what gorgeous in this age, i still desire to keep my beauty with me for more 30 years.. even though i’m only 19years ancient…. look more younger than my age… i like to practice yoga… do all i can…
